Every Louisvillain or driver-thru saw a seductive sign re: "Frickled - Pickle Chips" on Ginny's Diner and unless they're a dunce downed a plate once or tense. Billy's BBQ in Lexington fries a mean dill, too, goes without saying. Yesterday I slobbered with Fergie, my homie, about that priceless Pork Tenderloin Sandwich, a "chuckwagon" on ecstasy. Big Cheeks is cut from my convict cuisine cloth over in upscale Honor Dorm A-Side with its multitudinous air fryers to my ghetto Lower B-east Side short order single microwave methods. When we wind up in the same space we cook up a storm together, teaching tricks back and fro.
This formula got slid all prison-y through chain-link on my way to Sanitation to swap the mops and rags for my dorm. Almost had to holler in the Feds to decode some chicken scratch for this crowd-pleaser young Cheeks brung into No-Point.
Not one inmate wouldn't sooner take a cornmeal-covered cuke, plop it in peanut oil, then fry it to golden brown bliss. However, this is a desperation-deprivation-driven "Survivor" scenario. Should you wanna wipe a plate of these clean and not feel like you blew that hour your fine ass did at Gold's or Curves (if that didn't die from Covid - I'm a bit outta touch), no stress. These veggies are battered and cooked in egg and RAMEN. Yup, a new better breading altogether.

What we got was a teeny tangy fried squash, and the pepper while not MY favorite (biased by Capsacin Overkill), a gathering of gawkers went bananas about them. Sauce combo capabilities boggle the brain.
Try, fry, and cry for more. Cool thing too is kids can make these easy like pie, and they're healthy as heck. Vegan, if you're into that. Cool item for friends-over cocktail time. Keep the crushed noodles mix in the cabby and pickle chips on standby for fast fixes like midnight quickies.
